Jeff is professional, strategic, extremely thorough, personable, dedicated, and delivers on his word. He has a good handle on the market and what it takes to get the best price for your home. He is very approachable and willing to work with you and listen. He has a good way of giving advice and coaching without taking control away from the homeowner. I have worked with jeff twice now. At the end of the day jeff makes money from helping buy a house, but it never felt like that. i was never rushed or pressured into buying a house that I wasn't comfortable with. I can only spak on the buying process because he has been my realtor for both of my purchases. he has an xcellent knowledge of the market, which is completely underappreciated I think. He also has a knowledge of negotiation stategies which definitely helped me in getting the two houses that I got. Jess if truly easy to work with, and I would definitely reccomend him to anybody looking for a house whether they be a first time home biuyer, investor, or 10th time buyer.

Moving from out-of-state, buying a new home could have been an intimidating process but Jeff was the calm guide we needed. Because we were traveling from more than 2 hours away, we certainly put him through his paces one Saturday, looking at 9 homes we had picked, an additional home we saw while driving around, and then going back to our two favorites at the end of the day. Jeff's demeanor is patient and calm (even when putting up with our restless 5-year-old on that long Saturday). He was highly accommodating, and when negotiations began, he was an expert.
